Healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle full of good and natural foods with plenty of exercise severely limits most of the factors that set people up for terminal illnesses and diseases.  In fact, if diagnosed with a heart problem, HIV, or even cancer, one of the first things any doctor will do is modify a personâ€™s diet.  Moreover, most of the major cancer treatment centers have learned that medication and radiation are not enough.  Those top hospitals realize that treating the whole person is more effective than medical attention alone.  The treatment using a whole person concept includes spiritual help, psychological help, implementing a healthy diet, and some even use laughing classes to keep overall patient morale high.</p>
<p>With all of this information in mind, what do you have to lose by not living a healthy lifestyle?  The shocking answer is the most precious thing you have; your own life.  With heightened public awareness, healthy eating is not as hard as you might believe.  Even fast food restaurants offer healthy selections like salads, yogurts, milk, and many other choices full of good non-fatty foods.  With just a little bit of moderation and some minor adjustments to diet and habits, a healthy lifestyle is not that hard to achieve.</p>

Though the psychology of such a dynamic is beyond the scope of a short article such as this, there are some tips that can help with that urge to become a holiday-oriented eating machine. A seven-day diet plan can really help get everything back on track and to avoid that urge to become a glutton. As a New Yearâ€™s resolution, a seven-day diet may be awesome.</p>
<p>A seven-day diet plan for the holidays, though it can be useful at any other time of the year, may go something like this. Since breakfast is the first meal of the day, letâ€™s start with that. Instead of a typical breakfast meal, it may be time to think about fruit smoothies and yogurt. If you want it a bit sweet, a bran muffin can do. Next comes lunch, and for that salads are recommended. A grand salad full of the typical vegetables and topped off with balsamic vinegar? Now, doesnâ€™t that sound good? It doesnâ€™t end there, however. <p>Bruce Lee is best known for introducing the martial arts to mainstream audiences within the United States. Martial art training is now common. It is studied as a discipline, exercise, or utilized for self defense.</p>
<p>Lee was also well known for his nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Lee had an interest in high protein drinks and vitamin and mineral supplements. His philosophy was that he couldnâ€™t maintain a high energy lifestyle, while eating junk food. Lee was a fore-runner in making vegetable and fruit smoothies and drinks on a daily basis. His physique was magnificent; his waist rarely fluctuated from 26-28 inches.</p>
<p>Lee was in excellent physical condition. He was well known for his weight lifting and physical stamina. Lee focused on weighting training, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance. His training methods and dedication to physical activity were well documented.</p>
<p>That is why it came as a shock when he died suddenly at the age of 32, after filming Enter the Dragon. He died of a cerebral edema. Leeâ€™s work as an actor, kung fu teacher, philosopher, and teacher made him one of the most influential people of the 20th century.</p>
<p>Although Lee lived a short time, his impact on societies around the world are remarkable. He is well remembered for his teachings, lifestyle, and physical fitness regimens.</p>
