Bruce Lee is best known for introducing the martial arts to mainstream audiences within the United States. Martial art training is now common. It is studied as a discipline, exercise, or utilized for self defense.

Lee was also well known for his nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Lee had an interest in high protein drinks and vitamin and mineral supplements. His philosophy was that he couldn’t maintain a high energy lifestyle, while eating junk food. Lee was a fore-runner in making vegetable and fruit smoothies and drinks on a daily basis. His physique was magnificent; his waist rarely fluctuated from 26-28 inches.

Lee was in excellent physical condition. He was well known for his weight lifting and physical stamina. Lee focused on weighting training, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance. His training methods and dedication to physical activity were well documented.

That is why it came as a shock when he died suddenly at the age of 32, after filming Enter the Dragon. He died of a cerebral edema. Lee’s work as an actor, kung fu teacher, philosopher, and teacher made him one of the most influential people of the 20th century.

Although Lee lived a short time, his impact on societies around the world are remarkable. He is well remembered for his teachings, lifestyle, and physical fitness regimens.
